Mason Masters Mundy

Mason was born 6 lb 15oz and 18 inches in length. He is very healthy and happy little boy. Mom is doing so well! And Dad got to change his diaper for the very first time! One of 100,000 I am sure!

Our little one has insisted on being in the breech position (head up) for the last couple of months. Here we are attempting to encourage him to turn head down for an old fashioned delivery. The procedure called an external version entails the MD attempting to turn the baby from the outside and unfortunately it was unsuccessful for us. At least we tried. Based on his current position our little one will be born by C-section unless he changes his mind and turns on his own.

We decided to take a nice romantic weekend in Canada’s Harrison Hot Spring’s Executive Hotel. Harrison Hot Springs City is beautiful, even breath taking. We thought we would have a wonderful time relaxing and swimming in the natural hot springs. That was until we found that our Executive Hotel really wasn’t so executive. We soon found out that our included tickets to the hot springs was actually to a small public pool that closely resembled a YMCA indoor pool. Needless to say we went to Harrison Hot Springs and never even dipped our toes in the springs.
If you decide to visit Canada’s Harrison Hot Springs visit the Resort ONLY, this is the only place that has multiple pools to enjoy and swim.
We have to say that we did have some of the best pizza EVER at the Harrison Pizza next to the Executive Hotel on Lilooet. We ordered the Spicy Thai Pizza with pineapple. Ronda and I could not get enough of it! It truly was the best pizza we had ever tried. You must eat there; the manager was very kind and quite funny. We were ready to eat there again for breakfast.
It was quite funny we were offered a package deal with the Executive (one night, the pubic pool and breakfast) well we told you about the pool, the breakfast was hosted by Billy Bob’s restaurant/night club. Billy Bob was out of everything. I ordered a Spanish Omelet and they were out of the Spanish. In fact they were out of just about everything except for the $2.50 black coffee that was suppose to be included in the breakfast. Our waiter proceeded to tell us as we asked different questions that he had not a clue on anything and that they had fired him recently only to rehire him in the slow season. I think he had a couple teeth missing… and even more brain cells.
Needless to say SKIP the Executive Hotel and spend you hard earned $$$ and go to the Harrison Hot Springs Resort. They have multiple pools and you can only visit if you are staying at their hotel. We recommend going during the winter, their off season and trust us a lot fewer tourist.

Baby Boy Mundy's First Chair

Dad Mundy promised that the first grandchild would get his first rocking chair (now an antique). Lori won out with Haiden so when dad was on the east coast he found another one like his in pretty bad shape. Bought it for $25, sent it home for $50. Had a local guy rebuild it to its current form who was offered over a $1,000 for it in his shop. Lets just not say how much my dad actually paid for the final product. If we knew I am afraid Ronda would have it covered in plastic until our son reaches 20.

Oh did we mention that it is a Boy!

Not our baby

Too much Tofurkey

Life as a abyssinian not half bad!

Ramseys Self Portrait

Ramseys has made himself quite at home with the Masters. With Ronda pregnant the cat moved to the in-laws. He is quite happy. We are not sure if he will be returned to us in 9 months?!?

Tofurkey Howard's Specialty

Thanksgiving in Othello

Frozen corn maze. Playing in the cow feed and hiding from the dogs. It is quite a rush running through the corn and having your dog chase you down. Skie will be within a couple rows and still be searching like mad.

It doesn't last long, but it sure looks pretty!
